So I'm building this guitar.... well now they're building one for me.... er... a new model??... Ooohh... I like that... no... keep building that other one.... no... wait... I... err....I can't take it any more... LOOK AT THOSE CURVES!!!!

That's kinda how it went. I scrapped the order for the custom guitar they were building for me and I'm having them make the one above instead.
It has sunset edges over natural mahogany and has the most beautiful violin-type curves to it's top and sides.
I'm still building this other one too... so by year's end I'll hopefully have TWO new guitars.

The swing in the back looks like an attachement

If it helps... this one has a neck that's set in... not bolt on... so I can't swap it with others I have.
(for the photoshop above, I started with one of the same model that someone took on their back porch... then I changed the wood grain, the fingerboard wood, changed all the hardware from black to gold, and zebra colored the electronics.
I did have someone on the guitar board say "Congrats... your guitar looks great!!!"... I said... uh.... right now my guitar is a pile of uncut mahogany, fretwire, and a few boxes of hardware."

You definately have a problem with A.D.D. You change your mind on your guitars more then Andy changes his Underwear... Then again.. I think we all change our minds about something more often then Andy changes shorts.

Well, this will be my last change before shipment..... they socked me with a $50 "too far into production" penalty.
That's fine though... I would have sent the other one back to order the one above anyways... this just shaves 8 weeks off my wait.

No dots needed... just fret lines (little inlays where each fret would normally be... but they're completely flat and smooth).

BTW, this isn't a real guitar... I photoshopped it, trying to egg the luthiers over there to build one.
